…too unjust to tolerate

Attorney General Eric Holder, Our nation’s senior law enforcement official bemoaning the fact that many States bar felons from voting via Holder: State Laws That Bar Felons From Voting Are ‘Too Unjust to Tolerate’

Andrew’s Note:  I can think of lots of situations that are ‘too unjust to tolerate’ but I don’t think felon disenfranchisement rises to that level.  I can think of a few situations that do though…like suing States to keep them from enforcing laws that are substantially similar to Federal laws, refusing to pr0secute voter intimidation at polling places based on racial preferences/discrimination, using the instruments of government to bar States from assuring the integrity of the ballot box or standing by while the U.S. assassinates U.S. citizens overseas without due process (Anwar al-Awlaki was a bad man and I don’t mourn him but I do mourn the death of the ‘due process’).
